Young Sheldon's Meemaw Has Low Hopes For New Baby Cooper
Young Sheldon's Season 6 is almost over, and there have been some highs and some lows.
One of the exciting things this season is the birth of a new Cooper – Georgie and Mandy 's daughter Constance. The cast even reprises their roles in a sweet Instagram video to share their good wishes and hopes for little CeCe.
Constance's mom Mandy believes that the little baby will grow up to be President, while our favorite auntie Missy has a slightly smaller appetite for her niece's future – she thinks Constance will be the most popular girl in school. That is the spirit!
Just-turned-grandma Mary says how much she loves the new baby Cooper and that she will be "the sweetest little angel that ever was."
No doubt about it! Practical as ever, granddaddy George agrees with grandma, adding that CeCe will hopefully grow up to be "a little smarter than her daddy." High hopes are good hopes!
Sheldon's wishes for baby Cooper are surprisingly similar to his father's. He hopes that Constance will be as "smart" as her uncle Sheldon. While this is not unlikely, Sheldon matter-of-factly notes that Georgie is her father. Sheldon is so… Sheldon!
New dad Georgie has perhaps the best advice for his daughter – "to be whatever she sets her mind to." Inspiring!
What about Meemaw? Is she so disappointed in her grandchildren that she can't even envision a bright future for the new baby?
Of course not! You know how Meemaw is… Even though she does believe that CeCe will be just as naughty as the other grandchildren (well, duh!) and "rotten, rotten to the core", she loves her anyway! We never doubted you, Meemaw!
CeCe will surely be surrounded by people who love her so, so much.
Fans are quick to comment that Mary and George becoming grandparents makes them feel "so old". Imagine seeing Sheldon all grown up and successful! Oh, wait, we already have.
Others are just excited about the possibilities that this new character can bring to the table. For instance, some people are dying to see Sheldon teach his niece calculus. Poor baby! Missy is probably going to be the favorite aunt.
Two more episodes of Season 6 to go, and we can't wait to see what the season finale will bring us…
