'Stranger Things' Season 4 Trailer Has Fans Going Insane on Twitter
After a three-year hiatus 'Stranger Things' is back, and the stakes have never been so high.
Fans went insane the very second the new 'Stranger Things ' trailer landed on digital platforms. Even the mere announcement of the trailer on Netflix drove them crazy, with the show's Twitter account joking about how "so few words could hold such power".
One can see that maybe the Duffer brothers were not really joking when they called season 4 "our 'Game of Thrones ' season". Although promos for the new season of 'Stranger Things' were released back in 2021, fans are excited about the new trailer as if they haven't seen anything before.
Immediately after the debut of the trailer a favorite activity of 'Stranger Things' fans began: discussing some wild fan theories about the characters' future (and shattering someone's dreams and hopes in the process):
Every episode is set to be more than an hour long, and the storyline has spread out across the globe – while Will Byers is in California, Jim Hopper is going to find himself in Russia's Kamchatka.
All storylines, however, will be interconnected and may finally shed light on the nature of the Upside Down, the Demogorgons and every other supernatural thing haunting Hawkins… if those are limited to just Hawkins, of course.
'Stranger Things' Season 4 Vol. 1 is coming May 27. Vol. 2 is coming July 1. After that fans are going to have to start saying their goodbyes to the show, given that Season 5 is going to be the last one ever.
