Will Ferrell
There is no way this amazing comedian wouldn't find a role for himself in Family Guy.
Ferrell voiced The Black Knight in the 9th episode of season 3. In the episode Peter wants to fulfill his childhood dream of becoming a knight, so he gets a job as a jouster at the local Renaissance Faire.
However, The Black Knight stays in his way and later insults Peter, after which Peter knocks him off his horse.
Liam Neeson
In the 20th episode of season 4, Peter Griffin embarks on a journey to Ireland after uncovering his ancestral heritage. During his trip, he encounters Liam Neeson.
Liam Neeson's portrayal of himself in the episode is filled with humor and self-awareness, cleverly highlighting his action movie image while engaging in comedic scenarios.

In the hilarious episode The Fat Guy Strangler of season 4, we are introduced to Patrick Pewterschmidt — Lois' brother, who was voiced by Robert Downey Jr.
Actually, it is hard to recognize Downey Jr. by his voice in the episode. However, this role was written just for him, as he himself had reached out to the creators in order to take part, because his son loved the show.
Before becoming Deadpool, the Canadian actor has made a guest appearance in the 4th episode from Season 10. Ryan Reynolds lended his voice to the character of himself.
In the episode, Ryan Reynolds moves to Cleveland's old house and becomes friends with Peter. However, Peter gets suspicious when Ryan Reynolds becomes too attracted to him. For assuming that he is gay, Reynolds and Peter fell out.
This might be surprising, but the Breaking Bad star had several minor roles in Family Guy.
In one of the episodes he voiced his character from Malcolm in the Middle (where he starred in real life). In the 16th episode of season 12, Stewie watches on TV how Bryan Cranston wins an Emmy for just sneezing.
This scene probably makes fun of the fact that Cranston took home a bunch of Emmys for his portrayal of Walter White.
