Yeah Science: Fallout Season 2 May Cast a Breaking Bad Star (He’s a Huge Fan)
The show’s creators might have teased a major cast spoiler a couple of days ago.
Summary:
- Fallout, Prime Video ’s biggest hit series at the moment, has just been renewed for another season — and while no plot details are revealed, one of the creators’ recent words may hint at some major cast changes.
- Talking about his brand new show, Jonathan Nolan mentioned one famous game fan that even got to be at Fallout’s premiere.
- While nothing about this person’s chances to join the show was said, the casting news may follow pretty soon as Fallout is officially making its way to season 2.
With the raving storm that Prime Video’s Fallout swept the audience away and dethroned every other show on the streaming, such news was quite expected — as it turns out, the fantastically successful show has been renewed for a second season.
While the reports about Fallout’s official renewal are relatively fresh, numerous talks about it have been around for quite a while — and it seems like the show’s creators gave the audience a big hint as the cast changes.
During one of his recent interviews Fallout’s creator Jonathan Nolan, who also happens to be Christopher Nolan ’s brother, was asked whether any of his famous friends or acquaintances that love the original game reached out to him demanding why they never got to be in the series.
Aaron Paul May Sign Up For Fallout Season 2
Nolan’s answer turned out to be one more reason for everyone’s excitement — the producer revealed that Breaking Bad ’s star Aaron Paul was “very enthusiastic” about the brand new show and even had attended its premiere.
Nolan later on didn’t mention anything about Paul being potentially cast for season 2, but the question’s specificity may have forced him to lift the veil of something that wasn’t supposed to be known publicly yet.
Ever since Nolan’s revelation broke on the internet, fans started weighing in on Paul's chances to join Fallout’s second season — and so far they seem to be pretty high. As it was unveiled, the actor is a huge fan of the game franchise and thus won’t need too much time to go deeply into the script.
Aaron Paul’s position gets even better taking into account that he’s Nolan’s old friend — both worked together on the 2016 dystopian series Westworld.
Though nothing about Aaron Paul’s possible role in the show has been confirmed yet, fans will probably escape their patience test — now that Fallout’s season 2 is already in the works, the casting news won’t take too long to follow.
