Without a doubt, K-drama has become one of the most enjoyable cultural discoveries the West has collectively made in the last decade, as more and more people get invested in the wonderful world of Korean television, where endearing romantic stories reign supreme.

That said, the deeper Western audiences began to dig into the K-drama industry, the more apparent it became that it resembled the American network industry, especially in the amount of boring and skippable episodes the show features.
