The Umbrella Academy has had its fair share of great scenes over the course of three seasons, but some just leave you so perplexed that a question mark appears on your face as you are trying to recover from the cringe.

5. The One with Klaus Throwing a Ball to Ben
We love Klaus, and most of the scenes with him in them are a gold mine of fun and wit, but this season 1 moment from The White Violin is something else.
Remember when Klaus tries to prove to his siblings that ghost Ben exists with the help of a bowling ball? Ben is supposed to catch it, but he doesn't, causing the rest of the Hargreeves fam to doubt Klaus even more.
4. The One with Luther Cutting Loose in Town
Another cringeworthy scene from season 1 features Luther on the dance floor after finding out that his dad has been lying to him for about a decade.
This could have been such a beautiful moment of the character breaking free and going mad after discovering the horrible truth.
Instead, the scene is just awkward (and not funny awkward, but second-hand embarrassed awkward).
3. The One with the Numbers Throughout the Show
The whole concept of being "number one" or "number two" was supposed to be deep and meaningful. Instead, every time it is mentioned, it comes off as pretentious and, frankly, stupid.
The creators should have either given the idea more screen time in the beginning or just dropped it by now.

That's not going to be news to anyone, but Allison has become the cringiest character on the show in the last season. To think that just a season ago she was easily one of the most beloved ones…
From conspiring with the Sparrows to being mean to Viktor, each scene with Allison in season 3 is truly unbearable to watch.
1. The One with Ben Causing Us to Die of Cringe
In the season 3 episode, Wedding at the End of the World, Ben (not our Ben, the rude one) sees his sister Sloane walking down the aisle in a wedding dress and says, "Let's get this over with before I die of cringe."
Well, we hate to break it to you, Benny, but you saying that is the most cringeworthy moment of the entire show!
