The Umbrella Academy has finally received an official release window from Netflix, with the final season being scheduled for a 2024 premiere. And it looks like the creators have made sure fans will have enough material to theorize about.

And if you're thinking Netflix blessed us with an extensive trailer filled with Easter eggs, well, that's a quick no. Instead, it gave us a creative poster that teases "the final timeline" in the form of subway lines assigned to each Hargreeves, with events in their lives marked as stations. Naturally, the lines all form a giant umbrella.

But there are several things about the poster that have eagle-eyed fans worried.

Does Season 4 Poster Spoil What's Coming?

Some of the events that are marked on the poster have already happened in the series, like Ben's death, Allison's marriage, or Five killing Lila's parents. However, there are some events that are captioned with a mysterious "year unknown."

To be precise, there are four of them: "Ben released," "Viktor taken," "Luther returns home," and "Diego back in action." And all four sound pretty intimidating, because it clearly means that Ben is going to get captured in order to get released, Viktor is in trouble (again), Luther will at some point return home (maybe the original timeline?), and Diego will be back in whatever action this show has in store for him.

These might as well be spoilers, but there's a clearly a possibility of the poster just messing with the fans (or maybe the said events will happen in the multiverse, because of course).

Will Allison Play a Bigger Role in Season 4 Than We Thought?

Hardly anyone in The Umbrella Academy has a character development more intriguing than our very own Allison Hargreeves. In season 3, Number Three has gone rogue: not only she is messing with her powers up to a point of not bothering about Luther's consent, but also she conspired with Reginald and almost had the entire family killed!

In season 4, she is the only one who seemingly has her powers untouched. Besides, her husband and daughter are alive. And there is also a huge Allison hint in the new poster.

Have you noticed that the words "the final timeline" are written right above Allison's line? This could be a coincidence, but it feels way too significant for that. Many fans already believe that Allison will be up to something... once again. Or, perhaps, in order to finally redeem herself, she will be the one to suffer the most this season?
