The Biggest Premieres on Netflix this April: 'Russian Doll' Season 2, 'Metal Lords' and Others
In April the whole batch of Netflix originals will hit the streaming service, and all of them are higly anticipated projects.
April on Netflix begins with Richard Linklater's new animated feature 'Apollo 10½: A Space Age Childhood' and Judd Apatow-directed pandemic comedy 'The Bubble' with David Duchovny, Leslie Mann and Pedro Pascal from Disney+ 'Star Wars ' series 'The Mandalorian '.
This month there is also another long-awaited full-length film on Netflix – high school comedy drama 'Metal Lords', the next project from 'Game of Thrones ' creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, with Jaeden Martell from 'It' and 'Defending Jacob'.
The main event is undoubtedly Natasha Lyonne's returning for the second season of 'Russian Doll', which premieres on April, 20. Many viewers are most certainly waiting for Spanish drama 'Elite' season 5 (April, 8) and Ozark season 4 part 2 (April, 29), the grand finale of a critically-acclaimed series starring Jason Bateman and Laura Linney.
