7. Last Call for Istanbul (2023)

Rotten Tomatoes Score: 75%

In this romantic drama, a man and a woman meet at an airport and spend a wild night of passion together. Problem is, they're both married.

6. Minions (2015)

Rotten Tomatoes Score: 56%

This Despicable Me! spin-off never quite goes away. It might not be hugely popular with critics, but audiences just seem to love these little guys.

5. Lone Survivor (2013)

Rotten Tomatoes Score: 87%

A biopic of the ultimately unsuccessful Operation Red Wings, which took place in Afghanistan in 2005. It's compelling watching, if a little heavy going at times. Lone Survivor has been criticised for its lack of historical accuracy, but it's authentic and well worth a watch.

4. Frybread Face and Me (2023)

2. Best. Christmas.Ever. (2023)

Rotten Tomatoes Score: 42%

Clearly the critics don't agree with the title of this film. Okay, so it's a bit cheesy. But who doesn't love a bit of cheese at Christmas?

Charlotte and Rob Sanders lead a fairly normal life and each year Charlotte becomes more and more jealous of the seemingly perfect life of her college friend Jackie when she receives the Jennings family newsletter.

Miscommunication plays a big part in this film and is the reason why the Sanders end up at the Jennings' house. When the weather changes, it looks like they'll have to stay.

1. Leo (2023)

Rotten Tomatoes Score: 80%

At the top of the list is the animated film starring Adam Sandler and Bill Burr. Leo is a 74-year-old pet lizard who has spent his entire life in a 5th grade classroom. When he realises that his life is nearing its end, Leo embarks on a journey of self-discovery, while also helping children fulfil their dreams.

Heartwarming and wonderfully animated, this comedy is guaranteed to be a good family watch.
