The death of Michael Biehn’s character wasn’t even the worst thing.

Michael Biehn, the actor famous for starring in iconic movies like The Terminator and Aliens, popped up in the final season of The Walking Dead. Biehn delivered one of the best guest star appearances on the show, but there was one particular scene that left the actor feeling quite uneasy.

In the 13th episode of the show's 11th season, Biehn portrayed Ian, the leader of a new group named Riverbend. Unfortunately for Ian, his time on the show was short-lived as he met a tragic end by the episode's conclusion. But it wasn't his character's demise that unsettled Biehn; it was what happened afterward.

During a segment on Talking Dead (via Insider), the series' aftershow, Biehn opened up about a scene that followed Ian's death.

In this sequence, another character, Toby, approaches Ian's lifeless body. Toby then proceeds to tap Biehn's cheek, grasp his chin, and eerily manipulate his mouth, making it appear as if the deceased Ian was speaking.

Reflecting on this, Biehn expressed his discomfort, stating, "I've played a lot of antagonists so therefore I've died in a lot of shows and a lot of movies, a lot of television stuff that I've done, and I've never had anybody touch me afterwards."

He further elaborated that while it might not have mattered from his character's perspective, as an actor, it felt like a violation. He understood the scene's intention — to highlight Toby's sinister nature — but it didn't make the experience any less jarring for him.

Chris Hardwick, the host of Talking Dead, responded by labeling Toby's character as a clear "monster," echoing the sentiments of many viewers who found the scene disturbing.

Despite this unsettling experience, Biehn's enthusiasm for The Walking Dead remains undiminished. He shared that he's been an avid fan since the show's inception in 2010 and was thrilled when he finally got the opportunity to be a part of it.

Biehn's appearance on the series also continued a trend of Terminator stars making their mark on The Walking Dead, with Robert Patrick from Terminator 2: Judgment Day having appeared in a previous season.
