Stranger Things Theories That May Totally Come True in Season 5

1. Eleven Will Save Max

We know that the ending of season 4 doesn't allow us to see anything encouraging for Max in the future, but fans still hope that all her struggles will be paid off.

Since Max is still in a coma we can assume that her mind is stuck in Upside Down, and even though we know how smart she is to get out of Vecna single-handedly would be impossible.

Fans believe that Eleven will get into Henry's/Vecna's mind, save Max and bring everything she created (as well as Henry) down.

But if it comes to saving the planet, there is always a 'but'…in the end, you have to die, and fans believe that Eleven will sacrifice herself.

2. Will Is The One to Destroy The Upside Down

Our hearts are warmed by the news that the Duffer brothers will give Will a significant role in Stranger Things season 5.

Fans are hoping that the upcoming season will be able to remedy the fact that Will was completely left out of the main events in season 4.

But since this theory is about Will being fated to destroy The Upside Down, it means that, as Eleven, he might essentially make the ultimate sacrifice.

Vecna and Will continue to share a psychic bond, allowing Will to manipulate Vecna into using his body. Although, we have no idea where it will lead, it better be one of those Running Up That Hill moments.

3. Vecna Will Get Nancy

Nancy Wheeler proved to be a true baddie in season 4, having irritated Vecna the most. In one of the scenes, Vecna gets into Nancy's mind showing her entire family dead.

Some of the fans are sure that Vecna wants to have revenge on Nancy and maybe he will attempt to hurt her family.

4. Henry Could Be Eleven's Father

Since everything we know about Eleven's biological father is his name — Andrew Rich, it allows fans to build their own theories on that.

Henry was the first Dr. Brenner's test subject and the one who was old enough to be El's biological father.

Additionally, he is the only person whose powers can be compared to Eleven's strength. Fans predict that after El finds out the truth, it will become much harder for her to kill Henry.

5. A Time Skip In Hawkins

There have been rumors regarding a time jump in an upcoming season since the season 4 cliffhanger and the Duffer brothers' confession.

Most of the fans are certain that there won't be much of a skip, only a few years to match the actors' ages with the characters'.
