Riverdale Lead Under Fire After Talking Messy On-Set Breakup
Fans are not so prone to believe Cole Sprouse to be a good guy in this situation.

The star of Riverdale did not hold back speaking on various topics, starting from the early beginning of his acting career and to the relationship.
Fans were glued to Spotify, hoping to learn more about their favorite actor, but many were left confused and disappointed after the end of it.
It's no secret to the public that Cole Sprouse was in a relationship with fellow Riverdale star Lili Reinhart.
Having amazing on-screen chemistry, the couple found themselves in love and confirmed their status by walking the Met Gala 2018 red carpet together.
As the show grew in popularity, the actors' followers also grew in numbers. Both Sprouse and Reinhart made a few strong points about their relations being mostly private from the fans, likely to protect themselves from Internet speculations.
Still, after going through a breakup in 2020, they had to face a plethora of rumors.
Those rumors mostly focused on the possibility of Sprouse cheating during the relationship, as he was photographed with other women soon after the split.
Although denied by everyone involved, the rumors stuck to fans and caused a lot of drama in Riverdale fandom, as the on-screen romance between Betty and Jughead continued.
"I know we both did quite a bit of damage to each other," the actor said, answering the question about how is it to handle the breakup while still working on something as big as Riverdale together.
Claiming that he's been cheated emotionally or physically in all of his previous relationships, he later added that he'd probably ended the relationship sooner if he'd loved himself a little more.
Looking at the fans' reaction on Twitter, it's safe to say they seem to side with Reinhart more. Whether that is connected to past cheating rumors or feeling that Sprouse did not look genuine with his statements, many send the actress words (and memes) of support.
Reinhart herself decided to not comment on the situation yet.
