If every time Pedro Pascal had his eyes gauged off his skull on screen he got a nickel, he'd have two nickels.

Which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice.

Right after the epic Hot Ones episode with Jenna Ortega, who absolutely killed the challenge without even flinching, Pedro Pascal was invited to prove himself next.

Was he as successful as his predecessor in keeping his cool while trying the hottest wings to ever exist? That's debatable.

What's beyond doubt is that he was just as entertaining answering the hottest questions the host Sean Evans had for him.

Sometime in the middle of the interview when the heat was already getting to the actor, the question about one of the most intense Game Of Thrones scenes was asked.

Fans will forever remember how painful of a death Pascal's character Oberyn Martell had, and some will probably forever stay traumatized by the picture of his face completely smashed and covered in blood and flesh.

Many viewers not only compare this scene to the infamous Red Wedding episode but also state that it might be worse.

Fun fact: two different Pascal's characters had to go through their eyes being gauged out of their face. The same thing happened to him at the end of The Equalizer 2.

This sounds like the night terror material for anyone, however, the actor himself doesn't seem too bothered about these scenes and remembers them with a wide smile on his face.

"It was the best part of the day," he joked, explaining that in reality he was just cooled off by the streams of cold blood coming from the tubes on his opponent's hands.

Pascal revealed that it took them 4 days to shoot the fight scene, so it coming to an end felt like a huge relief to all of them.

Besides, he got the best part: his only job at this point was to lie down and not move, while they placed the elements of gore on his face.

Thankfully, there's no sign that any of his current projects would have him go through something like that on-screen anytime soon. Feel safe to tune in to both, The Mandalorian on Disney Plus, and The Last Of Us on HBO.
