It was destiny itself writing down those lines!

There are some roles that you can actually see many actors filling in all the different ways. Take James Bond as an example.

Although there was quite a description given out in the book franchise, the movie magic made it feel like every other actor who actually appeared as the character on screens made the role their own.

However, there are also some cases where the role finds the actors unexpectedly, but they turn out to be perfect for it.

What is much less common is for the writers to fully predict the character and the actor coming into the series before there are any plans for that to actually happen.

That is when you can really call it fate.

And that is exactly the story of the character of Mayim Bialik, who portrayed Amy Fowler on The Big Bang Theory from season 3 to the very series' finale.

In episode 13 of the very first season, The Bat Jar Conjecture, the friend group splits up and finds themselves in two different teams for the Physics Bowl.

Leonard, Howard, and Raj desperately need to find the fourth player for their team, and Raj comes out with the description of… well, Mayim Bialik herself.

He mentions a TV's Blossom with a Ph.D. in Neuroscience. And although his suggestion was dismissed immediately, it did not go unnoticed by fans.

After the real actress with a Ph.D. in Neuroscience joined the cast as Sheldon Cooper's girlfriend, what was supposed to be a lighthearted joke turned out to be one of the greatest easter eggs of the whole series.

Of course, back in season 1, no one could even imagine Sheldon having a girlfriend, so this would be nothing but an accidental foreshadowing.

What makes it even more fun is that another actress who was mentioned in the very same line, Danica McKeller, also made The Big Bang Theory appearance later in the show.

If you want to give The Big Bang Theory's early seasons a rewatch to find more easter eggs, go ahead and stream the show on Netflix or MAX.
