It has been almost 30 years since the world saw the masterpiece that Friends is, and even after all this time people still can't seem to get enough of the show. I (or rather we) know!

This time, Gavin Mitchell, one of Rachel's boyfriends in the later seasons, has become the center of the fans' attention.

People are ready to give him the unofficial Most Emotionally Well-Adjusted Award. Since he decided not to get in the middle of Ross and Rachel's messy relationship when he had the chance, he totally deserves it, right?

Let's take a look at some of Gavin's most memorable moments.

When Gavin Signs Rachel's Gift "From Gavin"

Gavin seems like a chill guy in all the episodes he appears in, and his sense of humor is unmatched.

When he gives Rachel her gift signed "From Gavin" and says that he "really means it"? Hilarious line!

When Gavin Wants to Say Hi to Emma

Being the sweet guy that he is, Gavin offers to babysit Emma, so that Rachel can give an important work presentation (and she still chose Ross, who begged her not to go to Paris for a dream job… *sigh*).

When Rachel leaves, his first thought is to reach out to the baby and say, "Gavin Mitchell. Pleased to meet you." Honestly, this is exactly what we would do when interacting with a baby.

When Gavin Says He Would Never Miss Rachel's Birthday

Remember when Rachel gives Gavin a hard time for checking out a girl at work, even though she used to date her assistant Tag, which is arguably so much more unprofessional?

Gavin returns the favor when he sort of invites himself to Rachel's birthday party, saying that he will cancel his plans because he "would never miss his secretary's birthday." Good one, Gavin!

Fans agree that these Gavin quotes make him one of the most relatable characters on the show.

Others, however, debate whether Sandy, Emma's manny, is more worthy of the Most Emotionally Well-Adjusted title because "he knew how to let the boohoos out so they didn't hurt."

Rock solid evidence, really! Your choice?
