‘Morbius’ Rotten Tomatoes Score is Historically Bad
Currently, the lowest-rated MCU movie on Rotten Tomatoes is ‘Eternals’, as it scores 47% on Tomatometer with about 400 critics’ reviews. But it looks like this unflattering title is soon to be taken over by another film.
Things are not looking good for ‘Morbius ’ on Rotten Tomatoes, with the movie epically tumbling down to the rock bottom of the website’s score. As of Thursday, the story of the vampiric anti-hero scored 19% on Tomatometer, based on 63 reviews.
This is clearly not the record Marvel was aiming for. With numbers this bad, ‘Morbius’ is currently among the lowest-rated MCU movies. And it does not look like things will change dramatically, because early reviews on social media are not very promising either.
Many have already blamed Jared Leto for the movie’s troubles.
Other people also pointed a finger at Sony for failing to properly assemble its cinematic universe.
However, there is also a group of people who are not ready to blast ‘Morbius’ before they go to the cinema and see it for themselves.
‘Morbius’ will hit the US screens on April 1, having already premiered in Mexico City on March 10.
