The saddest part is, there won't be a second chance to make it right.

Although Avengers: Endgame was an emotional wreck for many fans of the franchise as it was, there were still some ways to make it much better.

With all the love and support for the films, fans wanted nothing more than an ending that did justice to the story and each of the characters.

The scene that was supposed to be the most touching and heartfelt of all turned out to be completely ruined by Marvel's secrecy.

Many believe that this was the culmination of Marvel's love of process over character.

There is a good chance that you shed a tear or two at the end of the movie, at the scene of Tony Stark's funeral, when you first saw it.

But would it have the same effect if you watched it again today? Probably not. You might notice huge gaps between the people, awkwardly static faces, and the general dullness of the scene.

There is a good explanation for this: firstly, none of the actors knew exactly what they were filming, and secondly, half of the scene was shot separately and CGI'd on a single screen.

As much as fans can appreciate the studio's care to protect them from spoilers, they would appreciate a really good emotional farewell to the OG Avenger.

It's hard to blame the actors for the awkwardness of the scene, considering they didn't have much direction other than to look very sad and distraught.

And even that was questionable for half of them. Do we think the Guardians would feel that way about someone they've known for a few hours? Well, that's debatable.

What we do know is that Tony Stark deserved more of a send-off than Marvel was willing to give him.

However, if you are ready to relive the journey of Tony Stark in the Iron Man suit, you can tune in to Disney Plus and stream all of the Iron Man and Avengers movies.
