Jessica Jones Star Krysten Ritter Shares Photo With Daredevil Cast, Sparks Comeback Hopes

Most of the Marvel shows created for Netflix are still considered to be some of the best Marvel series ever created, — Daredevil, Jessica Jones, the Punisher. Those heroes were considered to be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe until their shows were canceled.

Fans were really excited when Charlie Cox, who portrayed Matt Murdock, aka Daredevil, officially became part of the MCU in Spider-Man: No Way Home. He's coming back as Daredevil in the highly anticipated Daredevil: Born Again series, and he's not alone — Vincent D'Onofrio is back as Kingpin and Jon Bernthal as the Punisher too.

But what about other Netflix stars? Fans were particularly excited to see Jessica Jones, portrayed by Krysten Ritter. Some rumors suggested that she will return in Daredevil: Born Again, but in April, during Inside of You podcast, Ritter said that she honestly has no idea whether she'll play Jessica Jones in any near future.

It was a bummer for many fans, but now the actress ignites hope again as she has recently shared a photo with her Daredevil co-stars, Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio, and it's got everyone talking.

Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones), Charlie Cox (Daredevil), and Vincent D'Onofrio (Kingpin) were at GalaxyCon in Austin, Texas. They were there for a panel and also took some time to snap pics with fans. But the photo that caught everyone's attention was the one Ritter shared on her Instagram Stories.

The trio looked like they were having a blast, and fans couldn't help but wonder if this means Jessica Jones will be back in action soon. Fans are super excited about the possibility, especially since Ritter herself has been vocal about wanting to reprise the role.

She even mentioned on the same podcast that she's "ready to rock" with her boots and jacket on if Marvel gives her the green light.

While we're all waiting for that big MCU announcement, there's something else to look forward to. Marvel is launching a series of crime novels next year, and guess who's the inaugural character? Yep, it's Jessica Jones. So, even if we don't see her on screen soon, we'll definitely be seeing her in print.
