It would be a shame to ruin such a perfect ending, but perhaps there is a way to avoid disaster?

After the release of Schitt's Creek season 1 in 2015, the show became a real cultural phenomenon and eventually found itself in the list of "top" sitcoms. The story, created by Dan Levy and his father, Eugene Levy, became an instant hit. And there are many reasons for this.

The main characters of the show, Johnny, Moira, Alexis and David, have been on the screen for 6 amazing seasons. And each of them has shown incredible character growth over those years.

We meet the Rose family on the verge of a total breakdown, when they have lost everything they had, money, houses, businesses, everything, and are left in a small town they own called Schitt's Creek, somewhere off the beaten track.

Throughout the show we learn so much about these guys. Honestly, at first they come off as pretty selfish, naive, annoying, and not very caring people. But towards the end of the show, especially in the finale, it just seems impossible to say goodbye to them because they have become this real family full of love and respect for each other.

So right after the show ended, the real fans started wondering if there could be a revival of the show? Well, everyone knows that doing a reboot is a tricky road and always had to be done carefully so as not to disappoint the fans and spoil the success of the OG show.

So there are a few things to keep in mind if the idea of a revival comes to Levy's one day. For example, the showrunners will definitely need the right story.

Since Schitt's Creek ended with each member of the Rose family achieving their own goals, a reboot story would need to focus on exploring something different. Perhaps, after a couple of years, Johnny Rose would decide it was time to move on from the (presumably wildly successful) Rosebud Hotel Group.

Or maybe, in Moira's case, she has found more satisfaction in winding down her career after the successful reboot of Sunrise Bay and wants to focus on the next phase of her life, whatever that may be.

Alexis and David are still young, so it can be assumed that they will go through several more life changes. However, no drama, please, we think they have gone through enough. But maybe a love endgame would be right for Alexis....

With all of this in mind, a Schitt's Creek revival is more than possible in the future! So maybe when the time is right, we'll get more of this amazing family dealing with another life crisis.
