If Margot Robbie Knew Her Husband Was in Harry Potter, She Would've Married Him Sooner
If you had been a Potterhead since childhood and then found out that your significant other was in your favorite movies, how braggy would you be? Lots, probably. Margot Robbie can relate!
In 2020, actress Margot Robbie made an appearance on The Graham Norton Show alongside Queen & Slim stars Daniel Kaluuya and Jodie Turner-Smith.
Somehow the show turned into a Hogwarts-inspired discussion (or promotion?).
Robbie is a huge Potterhead, and the show's host pulled up a picture of teenage Margot as proof!
In the photo, the actress looks like any other fan – the book in question in her hand, glasses that she doesn't really need, and a cup of tea (what better beverage to drink on your birthday?).
Margot is a self-proclaimed and proud "Harry Potter nerd" (and we are absolutely here for that!)
Later on, she was tested (not on her OWLs, but on her patience) – Daniel admitted that he had only read the first six books but hadn't gotten to the last one.
When we say that Margot looked so insulted for her favorite franchise, we really mean it! Her soul basically left her body (she couldn't comprehend how anyone could decide not to read the seventh book, and neither can we!).
As the show progressed, Margot shared a fun fact: her husband, British producer Thomas Ackerley, was in Harry Potter!
She even said to him, "Had you told me sooner, we would've married very quickly!" Margot is so relatable that it hurts, really.
Back when Tom was a child, he was cast as an extra in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
His most notable scene was the one where our favorite blondie shoved some fellow Slytherins out of his way to see Buckbeak – Robbie couldn't be a prouder wife when she said that her other half was the kid that young Malfoy pushed out of the way!

You might have noticed Tom Ackerley in the first and second Harry Potter movies as well, so Oscar-nominated Robbie has triple the reason to fangirl over him!
Currently, the former Harry Potter star is a successful producer who has even worked with his wife a few times – most notably, on I, Tonya, Terminal, and Dreamland.
He is also credited as a producer on the upcoming, highly-anticipated Barbie, in which Margot Robbie plays the titular role.
The happy couple seems to work well together professionally as well, so we can't wait to see more of their movies!
