How Many Seasons Will There Be in Sweet Home?

South Korean horror dramas are the new black in the TV industry, and we couldn’t be happier about that. The original stories of these K-dramas are another level entertaining and with every new release the bar gets set so much higher.

One of the most beloved shows of recent years is definitely Sweet Home. It premiered on Netflix in 2020, and unlike many South Korean shows was renewed for another season. That just proves Sweet Home is easily one of Netflix’s most successful Korean shows of all time.

The release of Sweet Home season 3 was announced shortly after the first chapter hit the platform. Back then, Netflix renewed the show for two more seasons. The third one is landing on the platform soon, on July 19. But then that’s it.

It was already mentioned by Netflix that the upcoming season will be the final part of the series. And frankly, this seems like a wise decision.

Sweet Home: What Is It About?

In the center of this K-drama is a loner high school student named Hyun. He went through a big family drama and lost everyone he loved in a terrible accident. He is forced to leave his home and start a new life in a world where right at that time the monsters are trying to wipe out all of humanity. Now he has to find a way to fight them all until it's too late.

Sweet Home: How Many Episodes Are There?

Season 1 of the show had 10 episodes, while the second season was a shortened version and consisted of only 8 episodes. Now we think that season 3 will also be a shortened one, but there have been no announcements about that yet.
