Can you imagine anyone other than James and Oliver Phelps playing the iconic pranksters Fred and George? Probably not, and the reason you can't is that they were born for their roles!

Fred and George are famous pranksters, but the Phelps brothers are not far behind them. On the set of the fourth movie, the twins once pulled a prank worthy of the Marauders themselves!

As you might remember, the movie features the Triwizard Tournament and the Yule Ball, which are a huge part of building connections between the three schools.

At the ball, all the students, professors, and staff are required to dance, and the actors had to endure weeks of intense training.

Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts revealed a fun fact: the Phelps twins played a trick on Rupert Grint, who portrayed Ron Weasley.

His legendary dance scene with Professor McGonagall was coming up, and the brothers had Grint believe that he should have this big dance routine ready and learned for the scene.

Thanks to James and Oliver, poor Rupert thought that he had missed weeks of rehearsal.

The twins totally made things worse with their comments like, "Do you know your steps?" They went on to "wind him up" further by saying, "We've all been doing a routine for the past like six weeks." If we were Rupert, we would totally have gone nuts with worry!

Routine or not, his dance scene with Maggie Smith turned out great – it had just the right amount of awkwardness. Now we know that Ron's facial expression at the beginning might not have been all acting.

Thinking that he had missed the training, Rupert may have actually been proper terrified at the prospect of dancing in front of all those people!

The Harry Potter reunion has truly given us a lot of gems, but the Phelps twins' behind-the-scenes shenanigans are 100% our favorite fact from the movie.

Hopefully, they didn't actually almost burn down the school with another one of their pranks like their characters did in the fifth movie… Though, we wouldn't be surprised if they had!
