All hope is out of the window.

The state of General Hospital 's writers room has been a concern for fans for many years. Although the soap is still one of four still airing on major networks, many feel that this may not be the case for much longer.

The main problem fans have with the show is the head writers' misunderstanding of the nature of soap. Although there was a glimmer of hope back when the show was on the verge of hiring temporary writers due to the ongoing strikes, they weren't able to do much either.

Now that all the issues fans have had with General Hospital for years are starting to spill out, many are ready for the cruelest of send-offs. It just so happens that sisters Molly and Kristina Davis are the first ones whose blood the audience wants to spill.

To be honest, it's mostly Molly who gets the most hate from the fandom. Since the actress who portrayed her before, Haley Pullos, had to leave because of a legal problem and the character was recast, her whole personality changed. And while that's nothing new for long-time viewers, it felt particularly brutal this time around.

Now that NuMolly is fully established in Port Charles, she's quick to ruin any storyline she's involved in. It doesn't help that the actress is older than the character is supposed to be. Molly's spoiled princess attitude would be annoying anyway, but right now it doesn't even match her personality.

Unfortunately, her sister Kristina, who got into a surrogacy conflict with her, is now getting the same treatment from the fans. She may not be as annoying, but her spineless behavior and stoic attempts to get her relationship with Molly back on track just don't seem right.

If anything, General Hospital viewers just want to see them both leave Port Charles, together or separately and never hear from either of them again. With so many characters who deserve more screen time and attention, filling the episodes wouldn't be a problem either way.

To see what the future holds for the Davis sisters and if the showrunners will finally listen to the audience, tune in to the new episodes of General Hospital Monday through Friday on ABC!
