General Hospital: Esme’s Worst Crime Everyone Seems To Ignore For Some Reason
Being a villain comes with many “perks.” The most important one is that people never stop talking about you.
General Hospital is one of the longest running soaps on American TV. The medical drama features many characters that just keep on surprising the viewers with their actions.
Sometimes the things they do are actually worth talking about. Since it's a medical drama, saving the lives of many patients is something on that list. But of course, like any other soap opera, General Hospital also has its villains.
One of them is actually Esme Prince, the character who is considered to be the real villain of the show. Although she was supposed to be a short-time character, she found her way into the regular cast.
Although we wouldn't say the rest of the characters were really happy about it, because they actually suffered a lot from the cruel things Esme did over the seasons. But her long list of cruel actions is definitely topped by this forgotten one.

The rest of the fans agreed with the one who brought it up, but there were some fans who tried to play devil's advocate and suggested that maybe she didn't realize that her actions would cause such horrible consequences.
Also, some fans have suggested Esme could have been suffering from amnesia. Well, even if that's the reason for her cruel behavior, it still doesn't justify what she did.
