Friends’ Ben Before And After Landing His Role In The Show: Everything We Know   

Friends is one of the most popular sitcoms of all time. The show's storyline, along with its cast and characters, made it a real phenomenon in 90's society. But even today, new generations are falling in love with this iconic series.

The six core characters of the show are Monica, Ross, Rachel, Joey, Chandler and Phoebe. But over the course of 10 seasons, the show has introduced us to so many brilliant supporting characters that it's hard to imagine the series' success without them.

But there was one particular character that deserves special attention, and it’s Ben Geller, the son of Ross Geller and his former wife Carol. Ben is actually the first child to appear on the show.

For the three seasons of the show, 6,7 and 8, Ben is portrayed by Cole Sprouse. In fact, that is the exact time when Ben actually becomes an important character of the show.

We saw Sprouse in seven episodes in general. He leaves fans with lots of funny memories. For example, the famous episode 16 of season 7, in which Rachel (to her later disappointment) teaches Ben how to prank people.

However, Cole Sprouse's resume doesn’t end with Friends, as many of you may already know. In fact, it was Adam Sandler who first discovered Cole and his twin brother Dylan;s talent.

In the movie Big Daddy, they both play Julian "Frankenstein " McGrath, the adopted son of slacker Sonny Koufax, played by Adam Sandler. And it was actually Sandler who helped Jennifer Aniston find the best Ben Geller.

After the success of Friends, Cole Sprouse together with his brother Dylan become main characters of the hit Disney Channel show The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. The show was a huge success for many years and made the Sprouse twins bona fide Hollywood stars.

One of Cole Sprouse's most recent roles is as Jughead in Riverdale. Although the actor wasn't sure that his character would be so popular, the fans really grew to love him and gave him the status of a favorite.
