There is good news for all the fans of the show.

The first Netflix series dropped in February 2012, and at first it was easy to follow the new releases: we all remember House of Cards, which was released in 2013, followed by Hemlock Grove, and then Orange Is the New Black.

Now Netflix has more than 3700 series and movies, and there are many more to come. The company's strategic goal is to fill half of its library with its own films, series, and programs, and license the rest.

Netflix is resurrecting dead shows and picking up canceled ones, not afraid to buy and invest in the film industry around the world to show it to more than 250 million subscribers. This is what sets Netflix apart from the regular channels – unprecedented scale and diversity.

It's no secret that when a show appears on Netflix, it has a real chance of finding a second life, or if the project is relatively new and not yet forgotten, it can gain even more popularity. We saw this happen with Suits, for example.

Now it's the turn of Fire Country, a CBS series about firefighters.

Fire Country will be available on Netflix in the US on August 1. However, only the first season will be available on the platform, while the two previously released seasons are already available on Paramount+.

Even without Netflix, Fire Country has become a show watched by millions – its audience is growing every year, with a multiplatform average of 9.21 million viewers.

Thanks to its strong performance, Fire Country has been renewed for a third season, which will be released on October 18, and has also spawned a spin-off – Sheriff Country, which will focus on the police rather than the firefighters.
