Fans have had MCU around for 15 years now and the successful franchise is here to stay.

As Marvel boss himself, Kevin Feige, hints, the next 80 years or so will be truly Marvel-ous. But what does it mean for the new fans? They have their plate full, it seems.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Feige addressed Marvel's ever-sprawling cinematic universe.

With more then 30 movies and countless TV shows in its portfolio, MCU now is a beast that might scare off newly incoming fans who want to get themselves familiarized with the franchise.

As Kevin Feige is totally aware of the scope of MCU, he states however that they at Marvel Studios don't "want it to seem exclusive or that you need to have done your homework before watching something."

A somewhat controversial point at that. With everything being about money in the movie business (duh), if a new viewer gets tangled into an exciting new show or movie, they are more likely to stick along.

So, Kevin Feige, we hear you from fan and lucrativeness points of view alike. Well, he even says it out loud that they are "trying to do both" when appealing to all customers.

What Feige says explicitly though, is that he's not in the whole MCU business to please everyone. That came in the wake of Quantumania receiving probably the worst reviews in the history of MCU.

He says that if you try to please everyone "you're going to find yourself in such a small funnel and pipeline that things will get similar and boring and atrophy very, very quickly."

A nice way to graciously and politely shake off the negative critique, we will give him that.

With many more MCU movie and TV shows coming in the next several years, it's not impossible to imagine it will get harder by a minute for new fans to keep up.

After all, people born in 2008, when Iron Man was released and jump-started the MCU, are now old enough to go to the cinemas on their own.

And by the time they have children, we won't be even in the MCU middle age, if all goes to Feige's plan.

As fascinating as the idea is that there will always be a new MCU entry to have us entertained, one can't help but wonder whether MCU itself will be capable of keeping up with us.
