DC Fans Want Elizabeth Olsen to Join The DCEU As This Classic Batman Villain

Scarlet Witch debuted in the MCU way back in 2014, and since then Olsen's character has appeared in numerous Marvel movies, as well as getting her own Disney+ series, 'WandaVision'. Wanda is one of the franchise's most beloved characters, and her recent development into a villain in 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' only proves that Feige and Co. are interested in continuing to steer the Olsen character in new and exciting directions.

In a recent discussion on Reddit, fans decided to speculate which character Olsen could play if she decided to switch her commitment to Marvel for DC. The answer is almost unanimous – the actress would be perfect as Poison Ivy. Fans agree that Olsen was brilliant as a "bad guy" in 'Multiverse of Madness' and would be delighted to see her going "full on cruel and evil" in the DCEU.

Poison Ivy was introduced in 1966 and quickly became one of Caped Crusader's most formidable enemies. A former botanist with a poisonous touch, Poison Ivy showed undeniable mastery of criminal activity as well as eco-terrorism, becoming a fan favorite character and appearing in numerous animated movies, series, and video games.

Fans would be more than excited to see both Margot Robbie 's Harley Queen and Olsen's Poison Ivy sharing the screen together, but with the latter commitment to the MCU, that dream will only remain a dream for the foreseeable future.
