9. Dex Lawson

Phoebe met Dex when she was disguised as Julie, and he was just the blandest man ever.

Phoebe rushed into this relationship because she had a premonition that she and Dex would get married – and they did under the influence of Billie's spell.

Negative points to Dex for dumping Phoebe when he found out that he was a witch.

8. Clay Muniz

Clay was Phoebe's first on-screen love interest – and not a good one. He turned out to be a thief who got the Charmed Ones into a mess with an Egyptian urn.

Clay later redeemed himself by putting himself in danger to protect Phoebe. Still, that's a no from us. Thankfully, we never heard from him again after that episode.

7. Miles

Remember the guy who kept trying to die on Phoebe? That was Miles. Phoebe surely went through a lot of trouble for a man she went on a couple of dates with.

Eventually, though, Phoebe came to terms with the fact that Miles had to die. He was nice enough, and it's a shame he never survived long enough for us to fully appreciate him.

6. Jason Dean

Phoebe and Jason had a lot of chemistry that turned into deep feelings for each other. He was supportive of Phoebe and her endeavors, and she trusted him enough to reveal her witch identity to him.

Jason had a hard time accepting that side of his girlfriend, and they parted ways (on good terms). Negative points for the whole boss/employee dynamic, though.

5. Leslie St. Claire

Who doesn't love a good enemies-to-lovers story? Unfortunately, Charmed had already given us that with Cole and Phoebe.

Still, Leslie was pretty decent to Phoebe – the same cannot be said for the other way around. Phoebe refused to open up to Leslie, which brought their relationship to its inevitable end.

4. Billy Appleby

Billy was Phoebe's first on-screen crush and the star of her favorite movie Kill It Before It Dies. A demon briefly brought him to life, and Phoebe got to spend some quality time with Billy.

Though short-lived, their relationship was sweet, and we were sad to see Billy go so soon.

3. Drake dè Mon

When Phoebe gave up on love for like the millionth time, Cole sent his buddy, former demon Drake, to restore her faith in men.

Drake and Phoebe did form a genuine connection despite everything, and they had killer chemistry. If only Drake hadn't been destined to die like all the good guys on Charmed usually were…

2. Coop

It's no surprise that the only man Phoebe managed to settle down with was Cupid himself. Boy, was he dreamy! Coop might've been a last-minute plot device, but he was good to and for Phoebe in all the ways that mattered.

They ended up falling in love, getting married, and having three kids together.

No one could top what Phoebe and Cole had. These two were destined to be pitted against each other, and yet, they had one of the greatest love stories on television.

Cole went bad then good then bad again too often, but in the end, he helped Phoebe one last time – even from beyond the grave.

Phoebe sure had some awesome boyfriends, but Cole was always The One. Don't tell us you didn't have a crush on this handsome demon!
