Bridgerton's Certified Mean Girl May Get a Bigger Role in Season 3

To say that Bridgerton fans are exhausted from waiting for season 3 would be an understatement. Since the last season of the period romantic drama aired on Netflix in March 2022 (over a year ago!), many fans expect a new season to be right around the corner.

However, as of now, Netflix refuses to share any information about the show, leaving viewers in the dark.

And she played her part brilliantly in the first two seasons.

However, fans have a feeling that Cressida may be getting an even bigger role as she keeps an eye on Colin Bridgerton in season 3. Entering her third year without a husband, she's looking for someone to surpass or be her equal in financial and social standing, and Colin may be just the man in her opinion.

Knowing that the entire season is going to revolve in one way or another around the love story of Colin Bridgerton and Penelope Featherington, who will end up together no matter what, you can imagine how much drama Cressida's unwanted flirtation can cause. If you found her difficult to stomach before, prepare yourself for even wilder Cressida moments now.

However, the majority of the fandom still believes that this will be the year that Cressida finally gets married. After all, not even a marital status would change her antics and stop her from being one of the best antagonists throughout the Bridgerton siblings' journeys.
