Better Call Saul's Rhea Seehorn Ignites Hope For a New Spinoff

Rhea Seehorn, who absolutely nailed it as Kim Wexler in Better Call Saul and scored an Emmy nomination for it, has recently gotten fans of the series really hyped up.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Seehorn expressed her attachment to the character she portrayed, and the show in general. She implied that she's not ready to say goodbye.

Fans absolutely loved Seehorn's performance as Saul Goodman's love interest throughout the show's six seasons. You can tell that Rhea Seehorn and her co-star Bob Odenkirk had a real connection — she even playfully called him her "partner in crime."

Seehorn also revealed how heavy it feels now that the series has ended, but she remains hopeful about revisiting the characters.

Seehorn’s statement had the Reddit community buzzing with discussions about the possibility of a spinoff. Many users expressed their love for the show and its perfect ending, with some believing that the story's been covered pretty well already and a spinoff might not be needed.

However, others are intrigued by the idea of an El Camino-style one-off for Kim, similar to what was done for Jesse Pinkman from Breaking Bad.

A few Redditors also pointed out the various public events in the series that could lead to intriguing spinoff storylines. For instance, Kim's sudden departure from the bar could be explored further.

However, many fans think that El Camino, while good on its own, wasn’t really necessary for the overall Breaking Bad universe. Likewise, a spinoff about Kim is something many fans would absolutely love to watch, but at the same time, it’s not really necessary.

But still, you can really feel the trust fans have in Vince Gilligan, the mastermind behind Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. Many believe that if Gilligan decides to pursue a spinoff, it will undoubtedly be worth watching.

Anyway, Rhea Seehorn was absolutely incredible as Kim Wexler, and it’s great to know that she's just as big a fan of Better Call Saul as the rest of us. Fingers crossed we'll get to see more of Kim Wexler in the future.
