3. Syrio Forel
Arya Stark's swordplay instructor and Braavos warrior, Syrio is known for his unique training methods and witty remarks. Forel quickly became a fan favorite, but his main flaw, according to fans, was his lack of survival instinct.
Syrio tries to stick to righteous principles and sacrifices his life in a battle with Lannister soldiers to give Arya a chance to escape. Unfortunately, the Braavos Master's bravery and devotion did not allow him to avoid death.
2. Ned Stark
Another fan favorite, Eddard 'Ned' Stark, met his fate at the end of the first season. Ned always had a useless quality that set him apart from the rest of the show's characters but didn't help him to overcome the political game.
The lord's honor has always clouded Ned's vision, and he was unable to see the situation dispassionately. When Stark discovers the true parentage of the children of his best friend and part-time king of Westeros, he doesn't immediately report it to the ruler.
Eddard's moral compass prevents him from condemning Cersei and her offspring to terrible torment, leading to the near final destruction of House Stark and the beheading of the Lord of Winterfell.

This lucky man survived the terrible siege of King's Landing, the death of his king Stannis Baratheon, an invasion of the dead, and the ultimate downfall of the Targaryens.
Davos Seaworth, also known as the Onion Knight, is a former smuggler who was Bran Stark's confidant when he became the leader of Westeros. Despite Seaworth's honor and bravery, his pirate flair allowed him to slip away from a terrible death.
Each of these heroes possesses an essential set of skills that are useful for life in a healthy society, but not at all suited for the harsh world of Westeros. Davos' good fortune is just another exception that proves the rule.
