At Least One Umbrella Academy Member Might Still Have Powers in Season 4, Fan Theory Says
Season three effectively stripped every Umbrella kid of their powers... or did it?
With The Umbrella Academy, you never really know what to expect (except maybe one thing: an apocalypse). Season 3 left the Brellies in a brand-new reality constructed by their devious father, Sir Reginald Hargreeves, and this time they are completely powerless.
Except maybe one family member is not as powerless as we might think.
Let's go back to the final scenes of season 3 episode 10. After the reality reboot, Allison is the only one separated from the rest of the family. She also seems to be the only one who hasn't had her wounds healed, unlike other family members who have even grown their missing limbs back.
This leads many fans to believe that Allison may be the only Brellie who still has her power to force people to do whatever she wants. Some people are hopeful that this will be helpful.
"I'm sure that with her powers, they'll be able to defeat Reginald and/or bring back their powers. Since, Allison had those particles in her, which looks like the particles that were released by Reginald," Redditor Reddit_Mico suggested, referring to the particles fueling the machine that restarted the reality in season 3.
However, with Allison going rogue in season 3, it may be too soon to think that she won't try to use her powers to manipulate the rest of the family, not just help them defeat Reginald.
The fourth and final season of Umbrella Academy has already begun production, but Netflix has yet to set a premiere date.
