Not as friendly as it seems.

As one of the most famous TV shows of all time, Friends has had a huge impact on today's culture. Many jokes and storylines are now used in real life to make something easy to understand.

It's enough to say something like, "Remember that time when Ross [add any story line]" and it would be enough to start a long conversation.

But as it turned out, not every moment of the iconic show was actually kind and hilarious in a good way. Although they were created to make the audience laugh, sometimes they ended up being panned by fans.

For example, the episode where Chandler and Joey lose a baby on a bus in season 2. This scene was actually very disturbing, as those two showed extremely poor behavior.

They forgot Ross's baby on a bus because they were too busy hitting on beautiful women. Shame on you, guys!

Another thing that didn't age well was the ongoing joke about Monica being fat at a younger age. All the characters at some point in the show are straight up fat-shaming her.

But the episode that seemed to have crossed the line was The One That Could Have Been in season 6.

The plot centered around a "what if" alternate universe where the friends wondered what life would have been like if they had made other decisions.

The story featured Monica in a fat suit, pining for her status as a 30-year-old virgin. If that's not toxic we don't know what is.

And probably the ickiest thing in the entire show was when Ross was unable to resist his cousin. Totally smitten by her gorgeous looks, he thought that she was actually flirting with him and totally misinterpreted things.

When he tried to kiss her, she just stormed out of Ross' apartment in horror and was totally embarrassed. The episode ended without Ross showing much remorse or apologizing.

Fans still think that was too dark to be included in the show.
