After Missing For 2 Years, Jack Nicholson Makes The Most Unexpected Comeback
On Friday night, Jack Nicholson finally appeared in public after one and a half years of being under the radar — but the theories about his disappearance might still hold some water.
Jack Nicholson is a living legend of the movie industry. By the time he was done with his last movie, How Do You Know, in 2010, he'd been acting for over half a century!
Nicholson is one of the longest-acting performers, and his legacy has been shaped long before his retirement from the industry: his retirement was heartbreaking at best.
Furthermore, it was unexpected at the time. After How Do You Know, when Nicholson quit acting, there were many rumors and speculations regarding the reasons for this.
One of the most popular theories claimed that the actor suffered from severe memory loss — later, however, Nicholson himself debunked it.
The pattern of the audience's thinking hasn't changed much from that time, though. As Jack Nicholson completely disappeared from the public in October 2021, new speculations emerged.
Tabloids claimed that the actor's health was seriously declining and he was too sick to go out, and fans were scared for his life.
Luckily, those speculations turned out wrong: this Friday, Jack Nicholson finally resurfaced… at the LA Lakers playoff game against the Memphis Grizzlies.
Despite the rumors surrounding his health conditions, the 86-year-old actor was looking as fabulous as ever and seemed to be perfectly fine.
His famous grin and the iconic shades were there, too. As much as Nicholson looked happy to be out in public, celebrities who were present at the game enjoyed seeing him there as well.
Two other legends, Larry David (Curb Your Enthusiasm) and LeBron James (LA Lakers) came over to him to greet the actor, chat with him, and spend a bit of time together.
Judging by the photos from the game, Jack was happy to hang around with them and was generally content with how the night was going…
Especially since he got to watch his favorite Lakers destroy the Grizzlies once again.
It's great to know that the tabloids were wrong and Jack Nicholson is fine — we hope it stays this way, and we keep seeing the man's legendary grin all over the internet.
