7 Actors Were Both in Star Trek and Star Wars; Can You Name Them All?
Sometimes two of the greatest fictional universes share some familiar faces and voices.
Star Wars and Star Trek are undoubtedly the largest and most famous fictional universes among those that tell the story of space adventure.
While one is a vast space opera that often takes liberties with the laws of physics, and the other takes a more traditional sci-fi approach, both have been around for a long time and have millions of fans around the world.
And with such great scope, it is not surprising that some actors have appeared in both properties over the years.
George Takei
Best known for his role as Hikaru Sulu in the original Star Trek series and movies, Takei also voiced a Nemoidian named Lok Durd in Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
Fred Tatasciore
He has voiced many characters in the Star Wars animated series, most notably Jedi Masters Qui-Gon Jinn and Oppo Rancisis in Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
Tatasciore also voiced Lt. Shax and several other characters in Star Trek: Lower Decks.
Simon Pegg
In addition to starring as Scotty in the rebooted Star Trek trilogy, Pegg also portrayed junk dealer Unkar Plutt in Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens.
Ron Perlman
After portraying the Reman Viceroy in Star Trek: Nemesis, Perlman lent his distinctive deep voice to a Trandoshan named Gha Nachkt in Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
Greg Grunberg
After voicing James T. Kirk's stepfather in the 2009 Star Trek reboot, Grunberg later appeared as Resistance pilot Snap Wexley in the Star Wars sequel trilogy.
Brent Spiner
Known and loved for his portrayal of Data in Star Trek: The Next Generation, Spiner voiced Galactic Senator Gall Trayvis in Star Wars: Rebels.
Olivia D'Abo
She provided the voice of Jedi Master Luminara Unduli in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, but before that, D'Abo played Amanda Rogers in Star Trek: The Next Generation.
