This hidden gem may not have impressed critics, but audiences loved it. In this romantic comedy, a young couple seem to have a perfect, happy marriage. But as their one-year anniversary looms, the fact that she has been faking her orgasms from the beginning becomes a problem. Someone suggests a threesome to spice things up. But boy, does that not go as planned. Fans loved the characters and the down-to-earth humor in this show, which, like HIMYM, resonated with a lot of people.
2. Superstore

Ever wondered what it might be like to work in a big chain superstore? Wonder no more, just check out this brilliant show. Superstore focuses on a fictional store chain, specifically one located in St. Louis. The diverse and wacky staff all work there for different reasons, and we get a hilarious glimpse into their lives, both professional and personal.
3. It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia

The characters in the affectionately nicknamed Always Sunny are horrible people. But that just makes them all the more entertaining to watch. From their crummy bar, five friends hatch the most ridiculous schemes to get rich, famous, have sex, or whatever else their narcissism convinces them they truly deserve. For laugh-out-loud dark humor, this is the one to watch.
4. Peep Show

This show has been huge in the UK for years, and finally it has arrived on Netflix for the rest of the world to enjoy. First of all, it is not as filthy as the title suggests. It is called Peep Show simply because it is filmed in a unique point-of-view style. This gives the audience the feeling of being right in the middle of the action. The show itself focuses on two extremely odd men in their 20s who find themselves living together when one of them gets kicked out by his girlfriend. What follows are non-stop ridiculous adventures and laughs as the two try to navigate everyday life.
5. The Good Place

This show answers the age-old question of what happens after we die. If you are good, you go to The Good Place. If you are bad, you go to the Bad Place. Seems straightforward, right? Wrong. When Eleanor accidentally ends up in the Good Place, she must desperately try to hide the fact that she is not supposed to be there. Not only is this story hilarious, but it will also challenge your ethical thinking.

When an alcoholic, drug-abusing single mother tries to get her life together, she cannot think of a worse idea than reconnecting with her own alcoholic, drug-abusing mother. But that is exactly what she does. As they lean on each other for recovery and drive each other crazy, there are some genuinely tender and sweet moments mixed in with the hilarity.
