Gen V and Diabolical are not enough.

The fourth season of The Boys recently wrapped, and it's time to prepare to say goodbye once and for all — the fifth season will be the final one. The success of the project has spawned two spin-offs — the animated series Diabolical and TV show Gen V, where we got a behind-the-scenes look at young supes preparing for adult life.

The Boys has become one of the most popular projects of recent years, so why not dream of other spin-offs that would reveal even more of this universe to us?

1. V52 Movies

In Episode 5 of Season 4, V52 was presented — a large-scale exhibition of Vought Studios, where the company announced new projects of its cinematic universe existing in the world of The Boys.

At V52, A-Train, The Deep and Cameron Coleman presented four phases of the Vought cinematic universe — from the seventh to the tenth.

For example, G-Men: Days Past from the Future is obviously a reference to the movie X-Men: Days of Future Past — the G-Men is a version of the X-Men in The Boys. Moreover, A-Train: Into the Multiverse is reminiscent of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

At V52, it was repeatedly said that reshoots make movies better, and this is a clear reference to Marvel Studios. In addition, Amazon Studios collaborated with Discussing Film and conducted a full coverage of the non-existent convention on X, mentioning specific films and even naming the hosts and actors.

Of course, the likelihood of all these parody projects actually being made is pretty slim, but who's stopping us from dreaming, right?

2. Gracy Mallory's Backstory

Grace Mallory is the founder of The Boys. She used Butcher's hatred to turn it against Vought and Homelander in particular. But her attempt to teach the Seven a lesson ended badly: The Lamplighter mistakenly burned her grandchildren alive. This haunted the supe for many years, prompting him to help The Boys.

Mallory has her own scores to settle with the supes, which began long before The Boys. For example, there is a flashback to the 1980s in the third season. Vought led the Payback team on a special operation in Nicaragua, which, due to inexperience, revealed the location of Mallory's people. In a large-scale shootout, more than 100 US military personnel were killed, as well as several superheroes.

A spin-off with a young Mallory could show how Grace's hatred for Vought gradually formed, what her war years were like, and how supes screwed her secret missions up.

3. Jack from Jupiter Series

There was another superhero in the comics who was cut from the show and replaced by Translucent, who died in the first season. Jack from Jupiter is a parody of DC Comics' Martian Manhunter and Shazam.

Jack looks more like an alien, can fly and is stronger than normal humans. Saying the word "Carpo" gives him impenetrable skin, but it does not last long. Unlike his colleagues, Jack was not as cruel, but he was addicted to drugs and terribly afraid of Homelander.

He did not appear in the series, but we were shown footage from the parody, which featured an actor in a Jack from Jupiter costume. This means that the supe definitely exists in this universe.

The story about him may be an attempt to show how Vought is building an imaginary mythology of "alien" superheroes. In the comics, Jack was a corporate product like all the other supes, but he was publicly presented as an alien.

4. Dawn of the Seven

One of the major storylines of the second and third seasons was the production of the movie Dawn of the Seven — a big-budget superhero epic from Vought Studios. This is a reference to Avengers: Endgame and Zack Snyder's Justice League — a big-budget movie where the true story of the greatest team of superheroes is revealed and Stormfront appears as the main villain.

The plot of Dawn of the Seven reflects various events of the real superhero boom — for example, the fan movement in support of the director's version of the film with the hashtag #ReleaseTheBourkeCut, is an obvious reference to Zack Snyder and his Snyder Cut.

It would be ironic for Amazon Prime to make the full-fledged Dawn of the Seven movie and release it as a real project on the streaming. The company is already doing something similar with its YouTube channel and fictional promo materials.

5. Vought Damage Control

Vought International regularly needs the help of a crisis management department. Employees trained to deal with all kinds of situations that could harm Vought could become the main characters of a sitcom in the spirit of The Office.

In the past, Marvel Studios also planned to launch a similar sitcom, but in the end, the organization Damage Control only appeared in cameos, and Warner Bros. even created a one-season series with the same main idea — Powerless starring Vanessa Hudgens.

6. Butcher & Kessler's Backstory Miniseries

In the fourth season, Butcher gains an ally in CIA analyst Joe Kessler, with whom Billy served during the Iraq War. Throughout the season, he repeatedly mentions various adventures from their shared past. But in the sixth episode, it is revealed that Kessler is Butcher's hallucination, and that the special agent is in fact long dead.

A separate series could show Butcher and Kessler's youth, what they did in Iraq, and how Joe really died. A short story would add depth to Butcher and show one of those moments when something in him broke forever. Besides, Eric Kripke himself has already admitted that he might be interested in such a spin-off.
