Season 1 of Good Omens has made Queen fans as happy as ever – the legendary songs made the show just that much better. Will season 2 live up to the same Bohemian expectations?

We certainly hope so – Neil Gaiman himself has recently confirmed that we will be hearing more of Queen in the upcoming season. Yay!

Some of the best moments in season 1 are accompanied by Queen, with Bohemian Rhapsody taking center stage from the very first episode.

Another One Bites The Dust, I'm In Love With My Car, Somebody To Love, and others can be heard throughout the show. They really add that spark to the atmosphere, right?

Why is Queen about half of the soundtrack of the show? That has to do with the running joke in the original novel. Good Omens was published in 1990 when tapes were the only other music alternative to radio.

Gaiman and Pratchett had a theory that if you left the tape in the car long enough, it would become "the best of Queen."

This theory is even included in the book, and it is the reason Queen tunes are usually playing in the scenes featuring Crowley in the Bentley. It is details like this that make Good Omens (the show) special!

Fans are excited about the new episodes (which will finally be released in the summer of 2023) and are sharing their Queen must-haves for the upcoming season.

Killer Queen is what fans want in season 2. Maybe when Anathema saves the world for the second time? Seems fitting.

Another great suggestion is Good Old-Fashioned Lover Boy. Think about it: Crowley does something nice (in a totally platonic way, of course) for Aziraphale, and this song just starts playing in the background. Right in the feels!

People wittily note that The Hero could be a great season opener, especially the second verse. "So you feel it's the end of the story?" and then a flashback to season 1… A suitable new beginning, don't you think?

Love of My Life could become a great theme song for our favorite Ineffable Husbands in season 2. If we finally get an on-screen confirmation that Crowley and Aziraphale are in love, that will be the killer moment for this tune.

Chances are that season 2 will end with another apocalypse, so what better track to do it to than The Prophet's Song? It would be an awesome addition to the epic biblical event playlist, wouldn't it?

Only a few more months till we find out if the fans are also descendants of Agnes Nutter and if their hopes are legit prophecies. Can't wait!
