5 HBO TV Shows To Look Forward To In 2024

While many fans were devastated to see the return of HBO favorites like Euphoria, The Last Of Us, and The White Lotus pushed back to 2025, there are still plenty of shows to enjoy while waiting for their comebacks.
Despite all the challenges that productions have faced due to the hiatus caused by the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes, 2024 promises to be just as exciting for HBO fans everywhere.
Here are 5 of the many series to look forward to in the new year.
The Sex Lives of College Girls (Season 3)
This insanely hilarious show is sure to be a nostalgic trip for anyone who's long since graduated from college. Many feared it would be canceled, but on December 14, 2022, the Season 3 comeback was announced and confirmed. All your favorites will be back for another semester at Essex in the spring of 2024.
The Regime
Kate Winslet already proved to be a great collaborator when it came to another HBO miniseries, Mildred Pierce and Mare of Easttown. This time, the actress will star in The Regime as the chancellor of a fictional Central European autocracy. The show is scheduled to premiere in the spring of 2024.
Industry (Season 3)
If you've missed seeing Jon Snow's unknown face on HBO, here's your lucky chance to catch up, as Season 3 of Industry will feature Kit Harrington as Henry Muck. The actor will portray an ambitious tech CEO who runs a company called Lumi. You won't want to miss how his character fits into the mess that is Industry.
House of The Dragon ( Season 2)
Of course, the list wouldn't be complete without one of the most anticipated premieres of the upcoming summer. House of the Dragon is now confirmed to return this summer with more drama, violence and dragons. So if you want to see who wins the battle between Team Green and Team Black, be sure to keep an eye out for this one.
The Sympathizer
Another series with a big name in the cast. Robert Downey Jr., best known to the general public for his portrayal of cocky but ultimately good guys, will now try his hand at being the antagonist. However, the spotlight will be on leading man Hoa Xuande, who portrays the Captain, a North Vietnamese plant in the South Vietnamese army.
