Sometimes even the heavy costumes can’t stop actors from thinking of something new.

Marvel Studios is known for many things, including being very protective of their copyrights, being very secretive about upcoming projects, and being very good at casting their actors.

Everyone who appears in one of the MCU films has great talent, which usually comes with great improvisational skills.

Here are 5 all-time best Marvel Cinematic Universe moments that weren't supposed to be there, but we're all glad they were.

5. Why Is Gamora?

The best thing about this extremely funny line from Dave Bautista 's Drax is that it was actually a team effort. Chris Pratt was the one who suggested changing the "who" that was originally in the script to "why," and Bautista himself delivered the line perfectly.

4. Thor's Hammer on a Clothes Wreck

Though it's usually Taika Waititi who gets all the credit for making Thor the comedic genius that he is, Chris Hemsworth has been doing it from the beginning, adding physical touches to his character here and there. The moment is small but still hilarious.

3. I love you guys

Watching all three Spider-Men get together was fun enough, but Andrew Garfield's improvised line expressing his genuine love for his co-stars made it even better. Also, the confusion on the faces of Tobey Maguire and Tom Holland was absolutely priceless.

2. I'm Iron Man

The importance of this scene cannot be denied, and neither can Kevin Feige, who admitted that this speech and this particular line spoken aloud by Robert Downey Jr. simply gave the cinematic universe a new direction to go in and a whole new approach to characterization to play with.

1. I Don't Want to Go

Perhaps the most heartbreaking moment of the Avengers disintegrating after Thanos' finger snap. Tom Holland as Peter Parker clinging to Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark and crying over his shoulder will always be one of the highlights of his performance. And the best part is that his lines were improvised.
