The original idea for the series came from Japan, where the popular show Super Sentai has been airing since 1975.

The series was adapted for the US market and aired on Fox Kids under the name Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

Astronema's Fate

Astronema's fate in Power Rangers In Space has become one of the darkest in the series, making her one of the most prominent villains.

In one episode, she was revealed to be the long-lost sister of the Red Ranger, something she never suspected.

As a child, she was taken in by the Dark Spector, who trained her to be a living weapon, nearly killing her own brother in the process.
