Set in Yucca Valley, CA, High Desert tells the short but memorable story of a former addict named Peggy who tries to start a new life and become a private investigator.

Although there are only 8 half-hour episodes planned for the show, it can help you spend a few evenings in a good mood.

Platonic — May 24

Romance is great and all, but have you ever gone through a midlife crisis with your best friend by your side?

Platonic explores the true meaning of friendship through Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne's characters as they deal with the not-so-pretty parts of adulthood.

Lighthearted yet sentimental at times, this show would be perfect to unwind after a hard day at work.
