10 New TV Shows Everyone Will Be Talking About in 2023
The quantity of television content has been exploding in the past few years, and frankly, it's been tough to keep up. But 2023 has an enormous slate of highly anticipated shows – ranging from revivals to spin-offs to video game adaptations.
Here are the ten most important shows on the slate for 2023, and you don't want to miss a single one.
That '90s Show
Fans are headed back to Point Place, Wisconsin when the children of Eric Forman and Donna Pinciotti spend the summer with their grandparents, Red and Kitty. Featuring most of That '70s Show's main cast, it premiers on Netflix on January 19.
White House Plumbers
Woody Harrelson and Justin Theroux star as Nixon's "White House Plumbers" during Watergate, their sworn duty being plugging any leaks to the media. The HBO Max series, produced by the minds behind Veep and Succession, will air this March.
The Walking Dead: Dead City
The long-running zombie series finally met its end in 2022, but the Walking Dead's fourth spin-off will hit AMC this June. It'll follow Negan and Maggie from the original series in post-apocalyptic New York City.

X-Men '97
Marvel and Disney+ are renowned for being focused on the future, but they're always up for some fan service. The latter is what they're doing with X-Men '97 – reviving the nostalgia-riddled 1990's X-Men animated series. The best news? It's confirmed that they'll be using the same theme song.
Since her shocking appearance in The Mandalorian, the Clone Wars' original character Ahsoka will get her own Disney+ series on March 12. Hayden Christensen is on the cast list, meaning he'll make his second appearance in as many years as Anakin Skywalker.
Daisy Jones & the Six
Based on a 2019 novel by Taylor Jenkins Reid, the Prime Video series will follow a '70s Los Angeles rock band following their dream of stardom. The limited series will release on March 3.
Tiny Beautiful Things
Kathryn Hahn will be starring in the Hulu series based off of Cheryl Strayed's 2012 book of the same name, a compilation of essays from her "Dear Sugar" advice column. It serves as a memoir checkered with self-help. It was adapted for the stage in 2016.
We got the pilot of HBO Max's The Last of Us on January 15, and it's already been hit with stellar audience reviews. Starring the Mandalorian's Pedro Pascal and based around the legendary 2013 video game of the same name, 2023 is off to an incredible start.
