10 Iconic Fallout Locations the Show Should Visit in Season 2

10. Novac

While not a large settlement by any measure, Novac has one of the most memorable town features in Fallout: New Vegas — the giant dinosaur statue that’s used as a vantage point by the defenders. Just seeing the Dino’s head off in the distance would satisfy OG fans to no end, and it wouldn’t even be hard to pull off. Pretty please?

9. Camp Searchlight

Hosting one of the most haunting exploration quests in the game, Camp Searchlight has the perfect atmosphere for a tense scene. We can already picture Lucy being terrified and Cooper pranking her in his evil ways, using the place’s dark vibes. Let’s just hope that in the show, the Camp’s darkest secrets remain hidden from viewers.

8. Sierra Madre

Despite not even being part of the base game, Dead Money’s Sierra Madre rightfully takes its place as one of the most iconic locations in the Mojave Wasteland. The cursed casino that gave every player a major headache and an invaluable lesson about greed, Sierra Madre doesn’t even need to be explored. Just show it to us.

7. Jacobstown

If anyone would’ve survived whatever terrible events transpired in the Mojave Wasteland according to the show, it would be the Jacobstown residents. A unique settlement inhabited exclusively by peaceful but brutal Supermutants, Jacobstown could add a lot of flavor to Season 2, especially if the Ghoul knows those folks.

6. Vault 22

Most failed Vaults in Fallout tell terrifying stories, but Vault 22 might just prove the end of all life in the Wasteland. If the TV show decides that this Vault wasn’t opened previously and Lucy and the Ghoul stumble upon it, they’ll release a deadly zombie virus out in the open, leading to quite a hilarious and unprecedented development.

5. Cottonwood Cove

We don’t care much about the NCR bases and camps; we already know what fate befell those guys. Cottonwood Cove, on the other hand, was one of the Caesar’s Legion’s bases, and while we presume that they were also wiped out from existence, we’d love to learn more about what happened to them, and the Cove can provide it.

4. Hoover Dam

An important piece of infrastructure in the real world, the Hoover Dam plays an even more crucial role in Fallout. The entire Mojave Wasteland depended on the Dam which also happened to be the place of the biggest battles between the NCR and the Legion — and the place where the New Vegas Courier sealed the region’s fate.

3. Quarry Junction

We saw that scary Deathclaw skull in Fallout Season 1’s finale, and we’re properly excited to spectate those majestic and infinitely dangerous beasts in their natural habitat in Season 2. In Mojave, the Quarry Junction has always been the largest nest of Deathclaws, so it would be the perfect place for some nightmarish action scenes.

2. Goodsprings

Unless it’s a modded playthrough, every Courier’s road begins in Goodsprings where good old Doc Mitchell patches them up. Just seeing this small town as Lucy and Cooper pass it by would be enough to bring tears in many fans’ eyes, especially if something terrible happened there since the game’s events… But it didn’t, right?!

1. New Vegas’s Ruins

Consisting of the Strip and Freeside, New Vegas left players in awe back in the day and without a doubt, it’s the most iconic location in the game — and the entire franchise. That’s where the show’s protagonists are seemingly headed in their chase after Hank MacLean, and it will be a beautiful and sad feeling, seeing Mr. House’s great city fallen into complete devastation in HD quality… But we can take it.
