Young Sheldon S6 Finale's Most Emotional Scene Hits Unexpectedly Hard
We're not crying, you are.
The Young Sheldon S6 finale was a big deal for true fans of the show. Despite the fact that it is actually a comedy show, The Big Bang Theory spinoff proved to be not only humorous, but also the one with a hint of drama.
And this approach was proven in the season 6 finale of the series. Fans were not ready to see that much drama in their beloved sitcom. So many moments of the last two episodes even brought them to tears.
A Tornado, a 10-Hour Flight, and a Darn Fine Ring is definitely one of the most emotional episodes of the show.
When a tornado strikes Texas, the shock of the disaster causes the scattered members of the Cooper family to reevaluate their relationships and the circumstances of their hard times.
This is especially true when George and Missy finally make peace with one another while stuck on the roadside.
The fans couldn't hold back their emotions as Missy expressed her apologies for her recent actions and George did his best to comfort her.
"The scene with George and Missy at the side of the road broke my heart, but it was also beautiful. Missy's side of the road confession to George about how she's been acting really was emotional and a great scene, shows she really is confused by her own bad decisions and actions like many teenagers (I've been there for sure when I was a teen)," Redditor jennkins94 said.
The rest of the fans also admitted that this was one of the moments when they started to cry. Many fans cried during the George and Missy sequences.
But there was more. Most fans agreed that they didn't expect to be so emotional at the end of the series.
The tornado literally turned the lives of Young Sheldon's beloved characters upside down.
