Three Sheldons are way too many to handle, or are they?

Fans took a close look at Iain Armitage's (Young Sheldon ) photos with his father and found a surprising resemblance. According to the fans, Euan Morton (Iain's father) looks quite like Jim Parsons.

Everyone who engaged in the discussion, agreed that Euan Morton somewhat looks like Jim Parsons. Some pointed out that Morton looks like an older version of Sheldon, even though he is 45 years old, while Jim Parson is 50.

Some of them even thought that it was actually Jim Parsons until they read the description.

Indeed, there is a resemblance. The creators did a great job with the cast.

Not only did they find an actor who looks exactly like Sheldon should have looked like in his childhood, but also his father appeared to be resembling Sheldon (a bit older one).

Fans would love to see Euan Morton in a TBBT sequel featuring older Sheldon (if Jim Parson is out for some reason). Well, that is not likely to happen but it still deserves a mention that Euan Morton, as well as his son, is an actor.

The Scottish actor may not be as popular as Iain, as he is a stage and theater actor, however, Morton is definitely as talented as his son.

He is best known for his role as Boy George in the musical Taboo. For this role he received nominations for the Laurence Olivier Award and Tony Award.

While the details of the next The Big Bang Theory spinoff remain unclear, there is still some room left for fans to dream about a son and a father playing the same character on the screen.

Or let's go further, three Sheldons on the same show — Iain Armitage, Euan Morton and Jim Parsons. Marvel would be kicking themselves, if this kind of plot twist happens in the TBBT universe.

With so many speculations and fan theories going on, it is easy to forget that Young Sheldon's season 6 is about to end soon.

Don't miss out on the upcoming episode on CBS this Thursday.
