You will certainly be surprised she was in these movies/shows.

Emily Osment's performance in Young Sheldon is just amazing, to say the least. Let's break down some of her most notable roles before she became Mandy.

Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams

One of Osment's first big roles on the big screen was in the Spy Kids sequel, where she played Gerti Giggles, and reprised her role in the next installment Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over.

Gerti Giggles is the daughter of Donnagon Giggles, the head of the OSS, the main protagonist of the film.

Gerti initially appears as a rival spy, but it is later revealed that Gerti is a double agent and helps Carmen and Juni in their mission on the mysterious Island of Lost Dreams.

Hannah Montana

In Hannah Montana, Emily Osment played the role of Lilly Truscott, the best friend of the main character, Miley Stewart. Lilly was portrayed as a character with an outgoing and quirky personality.

Lilly shares many adventures with Miley throughout the series and often gets involved in various comedic situations.

Two and a Half Men

In 2013, Osment appeared in the 20th episode, season 10 of Two and a Half Men. She played Ashley, Tammy's daughter.

That was her one and only appearance on the show. One fun fact is one of the characters refers to Ashley as Hannah Montana, hinting at Osment's previous role.

Friends

Before her appearance in Spy Kids, Osment had a minor part in the television show Friends. In the eighth season, she featured in the 6th episode as Lelani Mayolanofavich, a girl participating in trick-or-treating.

This small but yet memorable role was, by the way, one of the first Osment's roles on TV.

Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2

In the movie Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2 by Disney, Osment played the character of Rachel Ashe Lynn.

Rachel is a teenager and the owner of the Chihuahua named Chloe. Chloe is the main protagonist in the film, and Emily Osment's character, Rachel, is a supportive and caring owner.
