Yellowstone is one of the most popular western shows of our time. Created by Taylor Sheridan and starring Kevin Costner as the main character, the show made its way through the top of many lists of best shows, however, not without a great pile of complaints from the viewers.

There are 5 seasons released as of today, with the fifth one being divided in two. And while the second part of the last season is still not out yet, the fans of the show have some time to reminisce about their favorite and least favorite things about the series.

There are many Reddit threads where the viewers are trying to decide which character of the show is the best or the worst, and while finding out the perfect character of the series seems like mission impossible, the worst one actually was quite easy to establish.

Huge group of fans claimed there is no one in the entire show worse than Beth Dutton.

“She is basically just a narcissist and an over the top one which is why no one really likes the character, agrees with her or feels bad for her. She's a joke and a trash position basically and all that is Jaimie is the end result of her constant butchering of him alongside his forced future enforced by his father,” Redditor Crazy_Perception_239 said.

Many fans of the show have even mentioned that Beth Dutton was the reason they stopped watching the show. They say that her character was so silly, unrelatable and unrealistic that it was actually painful to watch.

And those fans who still want to watch it to the end decided to just skip the scenes where Beth is the main character. They can only hope that now, amid Costner’s abrupt departure, she won’t receive more screen time!

Or maybe season 5 part 2, which will be released on February 15, will redeem the character at least a little bit – and we’ll even start enjoying Beth somehow.
