Who Plays Michael on Heartstopper Season 3?

Played by Darragh Hand, Michael Holden is one of the most prominent additions to the Heartstopper cast for season 3. Now that the show has completed the arc of Sebastian Croft's Ben Hope, there is time to explore some new characters, and Michael is one of them.

Created by Alice Oseman, Michael is a main character in another of the author's novels, Solitaire, which focuses on Charlie's sister, Tori, and her experiences navigating the intricacies of teenage adolescence and self-exploration. Since Tori is one of the Heartstopper fan favorites, it seems only fair to introduce him as well.

So far, Netflix's adaptation of the comic book series has been extremely faithful to the original source in terms of character development and plot. The show's Michael is expected to match the personality of his book counterpart, slightly quirky and very optimistic.
